Team Products has the capability to manufacture parts using either compression or transfer molds.  Molds can be from 1 cavity to 1000 cavities.  Our presses can accommodate mold sizes from 6” x 6” in 20 ton presses to 38” x 38” in 750 ton presses.  TEAM Products has various automated loading and unloading devices.  Our automated mold plate and core handling devices ensure rapid change times and loose plate protection. A hoist system is in place to handle mold plates up to 4,000 lbs.

TEAM Products has the capability to die cut rubber products using an Atom Clicker Press.  A variety of sheet rubber materials are available for die cutting.  Materials are also available with PSA on one side or both sides. We can die cut any shape up to 48” diameter using a steel rule die.
